whisk together the milk, cocoa powder, and sugar in a small sauce pot and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Boil for 1 minute and remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract and cool before refrigerating
Shake or stir before adding to your coffee as the chocolate will settle at the bottom a bit, add to your taste and add some whipped cream for an added indulgence!
Notes
*you can use whatever kind of milk or milk product you normally use in your coffee, half and half, almond milk, soy milk, it's up to you!
