Ingredients
  • 1 cup of milk*
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • ¾ teaspoons peppermint extract
Instructions
  1. whisk together the milk, cocoa powder, and sugar in a small sauce pot and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. Boil for 1 minute and remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract and cool before refrigerating
  3. Shake or stir before adding to your coffee as the chocolate will settle at the bottom a bit, add to your taste and add some whipped cream for an added indulgence!
Notes
*you can use whatever kind of milk or milk product you normally use in your coffee, half and half, almond milk, soy milk, it's up to you!
