Bacon, Egg and Cheese on a Roll

Ingredients
  • 4 slices thick cut bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 Soft Roll
Instructions
  1. Place four pieces of bacon into skillet on medium, reduce to low after 2 minutes, flipping over after about 4 minutes
  2. Crack two eggs into skillet. Allow to cook for approximately 2 minutes
  3. Season eggs with salt, pepper, and dill
  4. Flip eggs and wait twenty seconds
  5. Place eggs on roll.
  6. Grate cheese on eggs.
  7. Top with bacon and other half of the roll.
Notes
*On the serving size: we split this sandwich, but by all means eat the whole thing!
