Ricotta and Pesto Pizza

Serves: 6
- 1 store bought pizza dough
- 5 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup plus of store bought pesto
- ½ cup of ricotta
- ¼ cup of parmesan cheese, shredded
- Preheat oven according to the store bought dough directions and roll the crust out
- Sprinkle the garlic over the crust and then top with half the mozzarella cheese
- Dollop the pesto and ricotta evenly over the pizza
- Top with the remaining mozzarella and parmesan, focusing the parm on the crust
- Bake according to the crust instructions, wait 5 minutes before cutting
